Fees

Fees are set transparently with the client, in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession. They are the subject of a written fee agreement, previously accepted, specifying in particular the method of calculation chosen (fixed fees, hourly rates, or results-based fees, under the conditions provided by law). Fees are determined based on, among other factors, the nature and complexity of the case, the time spent handling the file, the tasks performed, and the expenses incurred.
